The warm pool water was a highlight during my family stay, allowing the kids to swim comfortably for hours. However, checking in was problematic as someone unfamiliar with our reservation process had access, leading to a mix-up with room location. Cleanliness was a significant issue. the carpets and hallways were not well-maintained, and we encountered dirty linens in our room. Overall, the atmosphere felt outdated and neglected.

Had an awesome time with friends at this hotel! We loved playing table tennis and visiting the nearby hot springs. The rooms were comfy, and the location was super convenient for our trip. Just a heads up, expect some noise if you're facing the courtyard, but overall, it was a great stay!
One downside was the cleanliness. when we returned, our room had not been cleaned properly, and some items were still in the room. It was a bit disappointing, but the rest of our experience was fun and enjoyable.

The room was really spacious, which was nice. The bed was super cozy, and the shower had great pressure. Everything felt clean. I also liked that it was pretty quiet, even with kids running around. But it did feel a bit dated, and I had a few issues with the hot tub. Overall, it was decent for a place to sleep.
